rumor is, thom or someone in his camp leaked it
because in the past year we've seen EMI
re-release everything radiohead had (albums, singles, eps)
in effort to whore them out for $$$
because radiohead is huge and has moved on
and i hear now that they are planning to release entire albums
of unreleased material,
songs that didn't make the cut, even on obscure singles
this could be one of those songs.
it's very much a jam song.
and it's very cool.
i'd be mad as all hell if someone released my music before it's time. without my say or deserved income. so i understand why it's here.
cut the music companies down before they make the first strike.
although EMI is making tons of cash off of radiohead's music and not
giving them anything in return,
their release of old stuff and these leaks
work to radiohead's advantage, i think.
it makes them more popular than they are now.
free press, right? i only purchase albums if i know the band will get paid for it in some way. the only reissue's i'd consider getting are the individual album reissues with the bonus dvd.
they have videos radiohead would never plan on putting out.
it's hard when you're favorite band
is an unconventional band.
they don't do normal stuff.
so you have to scrounge by with snippets and mysterious leaks like this.
